Cancellation charges
Cancellations are charged at the following percentage of the total cost of the job for the following notice given – No notice @
75%, 6 hrs @ 50%, 12 hrs @ 25%, greater than 12 hours no charge. Unrecoverable costs for cancelled ferries, hotels etc will
be charged for.
Parking Penalty Notices and charges
Whilst we take every care, where a delivery or collection is required and there is insufficient legal parking, penalty notices will be
passed on to the customer up to 21 days after the job should they be received.
Waiting time
Blue Circle Express Ltd include 30 minutes waiting time for loading and unloading at which point the following
charges detailed below will apply per hour or part thereafter unless agreed in writing.
